About AllMeans: AI marketing and technology in Singapore

AllMeans is a Singapore marketing and technology company. We build websites, multilingual content and AI marketing agents for small and medium businesses, with your team approving content and customer commitments.

Where we come from

Our background is in building websites, mobile apps and business tools for Singapore SMEs, and in running their SEO, search ads and social media. That practical work shapes how we plan content, search visibility and enquiry workflows today. Your success is our priority, by all means.

Make the work reviewable

Begin with a business question, an intended reader and a practical action. Agree the current facts, the missing inputs and the person authorised to approve the work. We propose making deliverables concrete enough to inspect: a page draft, an answer set, a test record or a reporting note. This keeps an engagement assessable even when the external outcome cannot be promised. The process and pricing pages explain the proposed sequence and the scope questions in more detail. A proposal should tell you what you receive and what your team must still do, with unresolved decisions left visible.

Keep authority explicit

Content approval, advertising spend and customer commitments are different permissions. The project brief should identify who controls each one and how exceptions are escalated. Human editing belongs before publication, and automated replies need an approved boundary and a route back to staff. For a live workflow, ask who can pause it and how the business keeps access to its own assets. These are scope requirements to agree, rather than a reason to imply that any AI system can take responsibility for every decision. Customer information and regulated statements require the appropriate business and legal reviewers.

Separate work from results

The anonymised signage and printing page records historical project scope. It does not describe present performance or AI visibility. We publish the work the archive supports and omit unsupported numerical results. For new projects, reporting separates completed work, observed visibility and enquiries so your team can decide what to correct, continue or stop.

Check the primary source and the date

We retain a source URL, the date checked and the wording supported by the source for each factual statement. We prioritise the responsible platform, regulator or original publisher and check that statistics match the stated unit, geography and period. If we cannot access a source, we say so and do not present it as verified. We use an accessible primary source or leave the statement out. Article citations support the stated claims; they do not support every possible inference. We identify editorial recommendations as recommendations and illustrative scenarios as examples.

Review meaning in every language

We write in English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese, using Hong Kong written usage for Traditional Chinese. Reviews check the meaning, conditions and limitations in each version. Corresponding pages share verified facts and use natural wording for their readers.

Tell us about an error

Send us the page URL, the wording you believe is wrong and a supporting source through our contact page or email. We check the original source and the affected language versions, then correct or qualify the statement. Review dates reflect a check of the material.
