AI marketing pricing in Singapore: what shapes a quote

A useful quote explains what will be delivered, what your team must provide and which costs sit outside the service. We propose agreeing the smallest workable scope first, then making additions explicit. This page explains the questions to settle; it does not quote a package price or prescribe a budget.

Channels and responsibilities

List the website, search, social and enquiry channels that need attention. For each channel, distinguish preparing content from publishing it, and monitoring from responding. A brief that asks for a calendar differs from one that also asks for editing, scheduling and enquiry follow-up. Tell us which tasks your internal team already handles. The quote should explain the boundary between your staff, AllMeans and any existing suppliers, including who resolves a problem that crosses those boundaries. Avoid counting channels without describing the work expected on each.

Languages and production volume

Specify the intended audience for English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. Agree whether a language version needs its own examples, terminology or offer explanation. Count the actual assets and destinations, not just a general request for bilingual marketing. A page, a social post and an enquiry answer set need different review work. Ask how revisions are handled and what happens when the underlying facts change after approval. If the business cannot supply current product details, source preparation belongs in the scope rather than being treated as effortless copy production.

Connections, access and risk

Describe any booking, CRM, website or messaging connection and the action it must support. Reading an approved answer is different from creating a booking or changing a customer record. Access, existing documentation and the availability of a test environment affect what can be scoped confidently. Ask which supplier owns each dependency and whether maintenance is included after a provider changes its service. Where the workflow handles personal information or regulated claims, identify the business reviewer before assigning an agent permission to act. Agree an alternative path when a connection is unavailable.

Review depth and acceptance

Explain the decisions each reviewer is expected to make. Checking a spelling correction differs from confirming a service claim, a personal-data flow or an automated customer commitment. The proposal should account for the evidence needed and the people your business must involve. Decide how feedback is consolidated so that conflicting instructions do not become repeated production work. Ask what constitutes acceptance for a page, an answer set or a connected workflow. If an item cannot be accepted because a business decision remains open, record that dependency instead of treating another draft as the solution.

Initial setup and agreed handover

Ask whether discovery, source preparation, account configuration, initial content, testing and handover are included. The written scope should identify the deliverable for each item and its acceptance condition. Clarify whether an existing website is being retained, edited or replaced. Any migration or recovery work should be visible, with access dependencies recorded. If only a prototype is being commissioned, name it as a prototype and agree what remains before live use. The setup fee, when quoted, should correspond to the actual work rather than an undefined promise to install AI.

Ongoing work and change requests

Distinguish routine content production, monitoring, corrections and review from new channels, new language versions or new integrations. Ask what the review meeting produces and who maintains the approved knowledge. Confirm how urgent corrections are requested, how a pause is handled and how outstanding tasks are recorded if the engagement ends. A reporting line should explain the observations supplied and the next decisions, rather than simply list a dashboard. Request a written change process so that additional work has a clear scope and approval before it begins.

Media and third-party charges

Keep service fees distinct from advertising spend, hosting, domains, messaging, model usage and paid software where applicable. Ask which accounts are billed directly to your business, which limits apply and who can approve an increase. Do not assume every external tool or usage charge is included. Confirm any pass-through arrangement, cancellation terms and export options in the quote. Ownership of commissioned material and access to an external subscription are different questions: request a list of client-owned assets, licensed components and provider-managed services before signing.
