Choose the marketing work you need help with

Three core services work together; two more support them when you need them.

Websites and market intelligence

Start with the marketing work your team cannot keep up with

You may need regular content, clearer service pages or help answering the same customer questions. Start with the task that keeps slipping, identify its owner and agree what a useful finished output looks like. The project can support your existing marketers or cover a defined routine for an owner-led business. Our process page sets out the proposed stages and the decisions your team retains.

How we work

See what each service puts in your hands

Depending on the written scope, outputs can include a content calendar, edited copy and visuals, search-focused pages, an approved enquiry answer set and reporting notes. Each service page explains the proposed deliverables, inputs, approvals, exclusions and measurements. Use those lists to compare the actual work before comparing providers or fees.

Decide what the AI agent can answer — and when people take over

Map your offers, tone and common questions before connecting an agent. Approve the answers it may send and name the person who receives exceptions. Treat prices, complaints, availability and commitments as explicit decisions in the brief. Ask for a pause path and a fallback when information is missing. Channel connections and live operation depend on the agreed setup and account access.

SEO vs GEO vs AEO — what we mean

Use SEO (search engine optimisation) for search foundations, GEO (generative engine optimisation) for how a business is represented in generated answers, and AEO (answer engine optimisation) for clear answers to specific questions. The work overlaps. Our comparison explains which tasks to put in a brief.

SEO, GEO and AEO

Who it is for

Consider this approach if your offers are established but the content and enquiry work is hard to maintain. It can suit a business owner who needs a defined routine or a marketing team that needs production support. Start by comparing an AI agent, an agency and a freelancer against the same task. If the offer, approval owner or source material is unclear, resolve those before expanding automation.

Agent, agency or freelancer

What you own

The content, website and accounts we set up for you are yours, as described in our service approach. Confirm the asset list, administrator access and export format in the written scope. Third-party subscriptions, licensed components and usage charges need separate clarification. Before starting, agree what happens to access, outstanding work and the approved knowledge if you pause or stop.

Pricing approach

What shapes your marketing quote

We do not publish a rate card, because the work depends on your business. A quote is shaped by:

  • the channels to cover: your website, Google, social media and WhatsApp;
  • the languages and how much content you need each month;
  • which tasks the AI agent handles, and what your team approves;
  • connections to tools you already use, such as booking or CRM systems.

From first conversation to staged launch

  1. A short conversation about your business and what you want more of.
  2. A quote with the scope, the price and what your team needs to provide.
  3. A working session to map your offers, tone of voice and common customer questions, then a staged switch-on.

The content, website and accounts we set up for you are yours.

Questions before you start

Who approves content and replies?

Your team names the approver and agrees which answers may be sent automatically. Publication, spending and customer commitments need the authority recorded in the scope. Uncertain or unapproved questions should go to the named human contact.

Can we keep our existing website?

Usually yes. We first check access and platform limits, then separate content updates, technical repairs and any rebuild in the scope. An enquiry project does not automatically require a replacement website.

What changes the quote?

Channels, languages, production volume, integrations, review work and ongoing maintenance shape the scope. Separate service fees from media spend and third-party charges. The pricing approach page provides a checklist to help compare written quotes.

What happens to our work if we stop?

You keep the commissioned content, website and accounts we set up for you, including administrator access and agreed asset exports. Third-party subscriptions and licences remain subject to their providers’ terms. The written scope records export formats, transfer steps and any outstanding work.
