AIGC Content Studio
The AIGC Content Studio produces marketing copy, images and short videos with generative AI, and every piece is edited and checked by a person before it is published. Singapore SMEs use it to keep a steady flow of bilingual content without hiring a full creative team.
Why AI-generated content, and why it still needs editors
Social platforms reward businesses that post often, in the formats people actually watch. For a small team, keeping up means either hiring or letting channels go quiet. Generative AI changes the cost of producing a first draft, an image variation or a short video cut. It does not change the need for someone who knows your business to decide what is true, on-brand and worth publishing.
What the studio produces
- Copy. Social posts, ad variations, product descriptions, email newsletters and website sections, written natively in English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese rather than translated line by line.
- Images. Campaign visuals, product backgrounds, banners and carousel slides built around your real products and brand colours.
- Short video. Scripts, voice-overs, subtitles and edits for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Xiaohongshu, assembled from your footage and photos where possible.
How a month works
We agree a content plan at the start of the month: themes, offers, key dates and the channels that matter for you. The studio produces batches of drafts, our editors refine them, and you approve them in a shared review board. Approved pieces are scheduled, and the next plan is shaped by what performed.
Our rules for AI content
We do not generate fake customers, fake reviews or images that misrepresent what you sell. Claims about prices, results, health or safety are checked against your own information. You own the final content we deliver for you, and we keep a record of the tools and sources used for each piece.
Who it suits
Businesses that already know what they want to say but cannot produce enough material, and brands that need English and Chinese versions of everything.
Use these proposed scope items to prepare a brief. The written quote confirms inclusions, responsibilities and acceptance.
What you receive
A content scope can include a topic plan, a calendar, editable copy, agreed visual formats and a publication-ready asset list. Specify the destination of each piece so that a service page, social post and campaign variation are not treated as interchangeable outputs. Ask to see the approved source behind product statements and the status of each item: draft, awaiting facts, awaiting approval or ready. Language versions should carry the same confirmed offer while being written for their intended readers. The handover should identify the final files and any licensed components or platform-specific dependencies.
What your team provides
Bring current product details, brand terminology, photographs you may use and examples of the tone you want. Explain which services are available, which claims need specialist review and which topics should not be covered. Nominate a reviewer for each language who can confirm meaning as well as spelling. For customer stories, provide permission and a record that supports the proposed description. If the content depends on a promotion, supply its conditions and end date. Tell us which materials are already approved so that useful existing work can be retained instead of being rewritten simply to increase volume.
Approvals and human control
Agree who checks factual accuracy, who checks language and who authorises publication. These can be different people, and the scope should account for their review time. AI drafting does not remove the need for human editing or permission to use an image. Resolve uncertain claims before release and keep the accepted version identifiable. If an approver changes an offer after the draft is accepted, record whether related versions need another check. Decide how many revision rounds the quote covers, how feedback is consolidated and what happens to items that miss the agreed approval window.
What needs a separate scope
An agreed asset plan does not automatically include on-site photography, video production, paid stock licences, influencer work, media buying or unlimited revisions. Distinguish writing from publishing and community management. Rebuilding a website or connecting a content system may be a separate service. We should not manufacture client results, reviews, credentials or product scenes that misrepresent what you sell. Where a claim lacks evidence, remove it or request a supported alternative. The quote should identify the formats, languages, volume and destinations included, plus the change process for additional campaigns or new product lines.
How to assess the work
Assess whether the delivered pieces answer the intended customer question, use approved facts and reach the agreed destination in an accepted version. Track revision causes and approval delays so that production problems can be fixed. Publication counts show output; impressions, visits and enquiries need their own measurement context. Where a campaign is intended to drive a particular action, agree the destination and tracking before publishing. Avoid interpreting a high volume of generated drafts as evidence of customer demand. The review should recommend what to update, retire or develop next, based on the observations available.
Frequently asked questions
Who owns the content you produce?
You do. The final copy, images and videos we deliver for your business are yours to use, and we keep a record of the tools and source material behind each piece.
Will AI content sound generic?
Not if it is briefed and edited properly. We build a style guide from your existing material, write each language natively, and an editor revises every draft before you see it.
Do you label content as AI-generated?
We follow each platform's disclosure rules for AI-generated or altered media and can label more broadly if you prefer. Our default is to avoid synthetic images of real people, products or results.
Which platforms do you produce for?
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and Xiaohongshu (RED), plus your website, email newsletters and ads. Formats are cut to each platform's sizes and lengths.
Can you use our own photos and videos?
Yes, and we prefer to. Real footage of your products, premises and team makes content more credible; AI is used to edit, extend, caption and adapt it.
